Embodies our company aims and vision
I am proud to say that I have worked for Alltogether Care Services for nearly 6 years now within the Operational Department. It is an excellent company to work for where every single person takes pride in the job they do. We all work as a team and with grades of ‘Excellent’ from Care Inspectorate and the number of awards we have won over the years is testament to this. We have just won another three awards with Scottish Care including Scottish Provider of the Year and Care Worker of the Year 2024!!

Quality and Development
I've felt really supported with Alltogether Care. I joined as a home support worker and through the "Step Into Leadership" opportunity, I have been able to develop my skills and knowledge and take on the role of Supervisor. I have been strongly supported throughout all of this, Step into Leadership was well planned so it was a seamless transition where I gradually grew the skills to become a supervisor. I have also been strongly supported and encouraged to pursue my own personal goals of returning to further education. As a team our service users are kept at the heart of what we are doing.
Roisin Anderson
Care Supervisor
I've worked for Alltogether Care Services Ltd for over 4 years now and its been a pleasure to work for a company so innovative and forward thinking.
Its company ethos of people, pride and passion radiates through everything they do and strive to achieve. They have won various awards in the Social Sector for not only their customer service but their Management and Leadership skills.
They bring the sunshine into peoples lives on a daily basis and nothing is too much for them. The staff are always trying to think of ways to enhance peoples lives for the better. Wither its getting to social events, integrating with the community or simply having a 1-1 with people.
