What is a Care Worker?
No day is the same in the life of a Care Worker. You will help and assist our Service Users live in their own home by supporting them with all aspects of their daily living such as:
- Getting ready for the day ahead
- Helping to assist with medication
- Tidying up around the house
- Preparing healthy meals and offering support at meal times
- Provide some company throughout the day
- Getting out and about to appointments or running errands
- Assisting with walking, mobility and light exercise
- Monitoring the wellbeing of our Service Users
Life as a carer can be extremely rewarding when you are making a difference to our Service Users. You are assisting them with their personalised care journey that is unique to them.
You will understand that because of the amazing work you do, our Service Users are able to remain in their homes feeling safe and that their wellbeing is in safe hands.
What Do We Look For In A Care Worker?
Simply put, we look for people that care! You will take pride in your role as a Care Worker to make sure our Service Users are cared for to the highest standard.
No experience is necessary as we provide all the training you need within our inhouse Training Academy.

As a Care Worker you will be expected to register with the SSSC and abide by the standards and behaviours expected within the SSSC Codes of Conduct.

All our candidates as part of the recruitment process must attend and pass a two and a half day induction programme, giving you a introduction to the company. For those who sucessfully complete our induction, our in-house training academy is always available to you throughout your continued journey with Alltogether Care. The academy is there to offer advice, support and encouragement to help your succeed in your role.
