Our journey began in 2013, when Alltogether Care was founded by my family, who brought over 20 years of experience in both care and finance. I joined the company later that year, with a background in HR and management.
From the very beginning, we shared one clear goal: to deliver a support service that not only enables people to remain in their own homes but truly enhances their quality of life by going the extra mile for every individual we support.
Together, we set out to build something different.
We began by supporting older people, before expanding into services for adults with sensory and physical disabilities, and later, adults with learning disabilities. By growing at a considered pace, we were able to focus on what really matters high-quality training, building meaningful relationships, and creating truly person-centred support plans tailored to each individual.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of making life-changing differences to many people’s lives. Our ethos People, Pride and Passion captures everything we stand for. We care deeply about the people we support, we take pride in our staff and the services they deliver, and we are passionate about continuously improving and being the very best at what we do.
We believe that every day is a learning day. By continually thinking outside the box, we have built a team that delivers outstanding care and support and we remain committed to raising the standard even further.

Our Care Pro Leads work closely within the community, supporting both our clients and care teams to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered every day.
Every member of our team goes through a robust recruitment process, and throughout their journey with us, they are supported to grow, develop and achieve recognised qualifications in care. Many of our Care Pro Leads have been promoted from within progressing through the organisation in recognition of the outstanding care and commitment they have shown.
