A driving licence is essential for some positions. All appointments remain subject to the required recruitment checks, including references, eligibility to work in the UK and PVG membership.

What Does a Care Professional Do?
A care professional provides assistance in leading a safe, comfortable, and independent life within one’s home, which will depend on his/her individual duties. They will be expected to perform the following:
- Personal care and activities
- Assistance with meals
- Providing company and chatting
- Help with appointments and community engagements
- Help with medications according to care plan
- Promoting independence and decision-making
- Developing positive relationships with Service Users and family members
This position is interesting and diverse, as well as a good opportunity to become useful and gain useful experience.
Training and Career Development
Having lots of previous caregiving experience is not something you need in order to get started on your path at Alltogether Care Services, as we will give you an induction program that includes full training and shadowing shifts.
Developing along the way, you will be able to develop your skills thanks to the Training Academy and the SVQ certifications fully paid for by us. There is also clear progression into the more senior positions of Care Pro Lead or Care Team Lead.
